Join us for a meditation instruction and group sitting meditation in the Wilkinson Founders Chapel of the Fish Interfaith Center. 
First timers and beginners are welcome! 
We begin with meditation instruction for the first half hour, and then practice meditation together, wich will be followed by a brief reading, and then a discussion group and socializing for those who wish to stay.
