Chapman alumnus and Chief Administrative Officer of Kaiser Permanente South Bay Ozzie Martinez '00 and a team of fellow Kaiser Permanente-Panthers, leadership and HR reps will be answering your questions... How did they get their jobs at KP? What is the industry like? What does KP look for in an employee or intern? What is their company culture? What type of opportunities are there at KP? Plus, get your specific questions answered during the panel Q&A.

After a company presentation, application/HR overview, panel and Q&A, all guests are invited to a networking experience with KP panelists, including a hosted bar and appetizers.

ABOUT OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER AND KAISER PERMANENTE CAO, OZZIE MARTINEZ:

A first generation student, Ozzie studied psychology as an undergraduate with a clear sense that he wanted a career that would allow him to help others. Fast forward to now: Ozzie has spent the last 16 years working at Kaiser Permanente and his current role as chief administrative (CAO) of Kaiser Permanente South Bay has been instrumental in opening doors and creating educational and career opportunities for his fellow Panthers.

"I thought I would be heading to medical school after graduation... (at Chapman) I learned that I can have an impact on health care by fixing problems at the systems level, which is what I get to do in my role.. my career may not be what I imagined, but it gives me the opportunity everyday to be bold and show kindness by helping others access the care that they need." Ozzie inspires us all to be bold, be kind and to lead from where we stand.
