The Attallah College of Educational Studies offers an Integrated Program for the Master of Arts in Leadership Development (MLD) that allows students to begin graduate leadership coursework after earning 90 undergraduate credits, and earn their master’s degree within one year of completing their bachelor’s degree.

The Integrated Master of Arts in Leadership Development provides a dynamic, interdisciplinary program designed to equip students with the skills needed to lead effectively and advocate for positive, inclusive change.
