Meditation is a deliberate training of attention that awakens us beyond the conditioned mind and habitual thinking, and reveals the nature of reality. In this course, you will learn to be alert, and calm as you cultivate your ability to remain mindful without interfering, judging, avoiding, or clinging to your everyday environment. In the end, this will give you the tools you need to ease anxiety, distractions, and overall suffering to have a stress free semester
