Diana Khoi Nguyen is the author of Ghost Of (Omnidawn Publishing, 2018), her debut poetry collection. Since its publication, Ghost Of was a finalist for the National Book Award, L.A. Times Book Prize, and recieved awards including the 2019 Kate Tufts Discovery Award & Colorado Book Award.

Diana was born and raised in California, earning her BA in English and Communication Studies from UCLA, an MFA from Colombia University, and a PhD from the University of Denver. She currently teaches creative writing at Randolph College Low Residency MFA and works as an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburg.

Join us for a poetry talk with Diana Khoi Nguyen at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, September 13th. This event is supported in part by Poets & Writers. It is put on in conjunction with Wilkinson College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences event series, Engaging the World: Leading the Conversation on Ethnic Studies.
