The Chapman Republicans present guest speaker Dinesh D'Souza. He is an Indian-born, nationally known conservative commentator, and world-renowned film maker. He also is a former policy analyst in the Reagan White House. He will be discussing "The Failures of Socialism" followed by a Q&A session. Light refreshments will be served.
