Health and Healing Club
Come hang out with us during weekly meetings to unwind, get a little more in touch with yourself, and meet some rad people. All Chapman students are welcome to learn and explore a variety of healthy and holistic healing practices including meditation, yoga, chakra healing, sound healing, essential oils, and more.
In this introduction meeting we will regroup for the new semester and meet any new members. There will be an intro activity, a guided meditation, and then a therapeutic craft activity (friendship bracelets!!).
