Backhausdance: Then & Now, a choreographic retrospective, celebrates the launch of the 15th anniversary season of Orange County's critically acclaimed contemporary dance company. Bringing together a cast of more than 100 dancers, the evening features signature works from the company's diverse body of innovative and artistic repertory performed by Backhausdance, founding and previous company dancers, and participants of the 2017 Backhausdance Summer Intensives. 

Backhausdance, founded in 2003 by Jennifer Backhaus, is a powerful and entertaining voice in the dance world. The company’s repertory offers an eclectic and dynamic vocabulary with a wonderful sense of fluidity and strength and has been performed extensively nationwide as well as internationally.
