Parking in Chapman lots or structures in any unmarked or visitor spaces.

·       The City of Orange will lift time and permit restrictions around the university for the weekend.

·       Please adhere to any disabled or other signage regarding reserved spaces.

·       We recommend avoiding Anderson and Barrera Structures and parking in Becket Lot, Cypress Lot, Knott Studios, or West Campus Structure. Lines will form to enter/exit parking structures between ceremonies.

·       This year, Schmid College of Science and Technology’s Degree Ceremony is at 3 pm prior to Attallah College, and Dodge College of Film and Media Arts will follow Attallah College at 7:30 pm.

·       6:30 pm, Hutton Sports Center (gym) – Faculty invited to arrive in regalia

·       7:00 pm, Ceremony with honorary doctorates, commencement speaker, and degree conferral

·       8:45 pm, Aitken Arts Plaza, President’s Toast

·       4:15 pm      Students may begin checking-in at the table at the entry.

·       4:20 pm      Reminder: No restrooms on Wilson Field.

Students and guests should use restrooms on-campus.

·       4:30 pm      Gates open to guests on Wilson Field.

·       4:40 pm      Faculty in regalia and platform party arrive.

·       5:00 pm      Attallah College Degree Ceremony

·       6:15 pm      Expected time ceremony to end. Reception begins.

All are invited to Aitken Arts Plaza in front of Musco Center for the Arts for a light reception and photos with faculty in regalia, family, and friends.
