HERE ARE SOME HELPFUL TIPS:

Tickets are required for the Wilkinson College Degree Ceremony.

Tickets will be distributed to graduates the week before Commencement. Guests will need to present their ticket to enter Wilson Field.

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry gates open 30 minutes prior to the start of each ceremony, and we encourage guests to arrive early.

 StagePass Information 

• Your StagePass serves as the reader card for your name to be announced on stage during your degree ceremony.
• StagePasses will be emailed to students' Chapman email accounts the week of Commencement. Please carefully review your StagePass to ensure all information is correct.
• Please print your StagePass on white standard letter-sized paper (8.5 x 11 inches) and bring it to your ceremony. Digital versions will not be accepted.
• Keep your StagePass with you at all times. Don’t lose it or leave it at your seat when you walk to the stage.

Day of Details for Graduates

• Graduates should report to Hutton Gym for student line-up in caps and gowns 45 minutes before their ceremony start time.
• Be sure to have your printed StagePass with you! No digital versions allowed.
• There is no secure place to store your belongings. Please leave them at home or with a guest.
• No guests will be allowed in the student line-up area or the student seating section. Children are not permitted, regardless of age.
• Entry gates to Wilson Field open 30 minutes prior to the start of each ceremony. Please ensure your guests have their tickets ready upon entry to the field.

Parking

• Parking will be free in all designated parking structures and lots. Please allow yourself ample time to park your vehicle and walk to your ceremony site. Additionally, allow yourself plenty of time to navigate out of parking areas following the ceremony when you are considering making dining reservations.
• It can take up to 30 minutes to exit the Barrera Parking Structure and up to one hour to exit the Anderson Structure. 
• Please note that there is no parking located at One University Drive, Orange, CA. Please use the flagged parking structures in the interactive campus map linked below.
