Wilkinson College and the Leatherby Center will host three esteemed panelists from the legal, education, and tech industries. The panelists will share their journeys and answer any questions the audience might have about launching their dream careers.

Dana M. Heyde is a Partner at Cottle, Keen, Lopiccolo & Heyde, LLP, specializing in trust and litigation. A former President of the Orange County Women's Lawyers Association, she holds key legal leadership roles. She earned her law degree from Whittier College and a B.A. from Chapman University.
Lori Varlotta, Ph.D., is a university administrator with 40 years of leadership experience, including presidencies at two private institutions. The first woman in these roles, she led transformative change and strategic growth. Currently on research leave from Cal Lutheran, she writes, advises leaders, and contributes to national discussions on education and governance.
Cynthia West, Ph.D., is the Director of the Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship and an Associate Professor at Chapman University. With 30 years in tech as a sales leader and executive in four startups -two with successful exits-she now leads Resultant Inc. and mentors the next generation of entrepreneurs.
