Hosted by Wilkinson College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, discover the art of engaging audiences in our workshop on delivering captivating book talks. This session will equip you with the skills to effectively communicate the essence of a book, share your insights, and spark interest. This workshop will enhance your presentation abilities and leave your audience eager to read more. Our faculty presenters, Lia Halloran (Art), Mateo Jarquín (History) and Anna Leahy (Creative Writing), will share their experiences of setting up book talks, publicizing their books, and what they’ve learned along the way. Bring your lunch; we’ll provide drinks, chips, and dessert.

You can contact the event organizer, Graduate Programs Coordinator David Krausman, at krausman@chapman.edu or (715) 516-7116.
