Who's hiring?
- Local and national organizations from covering a wide variety of industries will be in attendance
- Companies will be searching for interns, early-career teammates, and seasoned professionals to fill both part-time and full-time roles across many diverse functions
- View employers attending under ‘details’ and start researching companies that have registered. Remember to keep checking back regularly, as employers register up until the week of the event.
About your virtual experience....
The new virtual career fair is an enhanced, one-stop-shop experience, allowing you to:
- Meet with employers. Interact with recruiters through video, audio, or chat.
- Discover new career opportunities. Get personalized recommendations based on your Handshake profile for which employers to connect with.
- Never wait in line, ever. Pre-schedule 1:1 or group sessions with employers ahead of the fair or on the day-of.
- Make an impression. Bring your unique perspective to the table, ask great questions, and follow up with recruiters after the fair.
NEW this Spring 2022: In-person Career Fair Industry Networking Night on March 3, 4-6 p.m.!
- Enjoy the best of both worlds! After connecting with employer recruiters 1:1 and via presentations at the Virtual Career Fair on March 2, join us the next day for an evening of in-person (outdoor) networking on March 3. This event will feature employers from this Virtual Career Fair. It serves as an opportunity to meet and mingle with employer reps in an informal group setting, discover new companies and learn about their brands in-person, and follow-up in-person with company reps you met during the Virtual Career Fair the day prior
- Please note that the In-Person Networking night is designed as a complimentary add-on experience to accompany the Spring 2022 Virtual Career Fair. You will get the most value out of your experience by attending both the virtual fair and the in-person networking night. We recommend that you introduce yourself to key companies of interest in 1:1 Virtual Career Fair Sessions, or learn more about their companies in their group presentations during the virtual fair. Then, make a point to follow-up with the representative and/or company in-person the next night during the networking event.

How to prepare for the Career Fair
- Read Handshake's Guide to Attending a Virtual Fair
- Sign up for Group and 1:1 sessions to reserve time with your target employers [how-to]
- Sign up for sessions as they become available. We expect most employers to have sessions ready in the last two weeks of February.
- Remember to keep checking back regularly, as employers will continue to add availability as-needed)
- Don't see sessions with an employer you want to meet? Follow employers you’re interested in meeting with (you'll be alerted immediately when sessions open with them!)
- Make an appointment to meet with a Career Educator to go over your Career Fair strategy, talking points, resume, and/or elevator pitch
- Attend a Career Fair Prep Event, where you will be able to practice using the virtual career fair system prior to the big day, attend group workshops, and get your questions answered by Chapman career professionals in 1-1 private meetings. Hosted 1- and 2-weeks before the Career Fair.
