Mindfulness is developing an open readiness to meet every day fully.  You will learn tools of self-awareness for living with less stress and gain greater compassion for ourselves and offering greater compassion to our communities.  The course will be 6 weeks and an online virtual program taught by Instructor Julie Artman.
