This documentary captures the lives of two families living in a small town dedicated to processing plastic waste at a recycling facility, whose hopes and dreams are for a better life. At what price do these families pay physically and psychologically to aspire towards wealth while completely overlooking their quality of life? What burdens do other countries place on developing nations when they export the detritus of their consumer lifestyles?
