The Chapman Dialogue Series, which is going virtual for fall 2020, welcomes the Honorable Jacqueline Nguyen, Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the first Vietnamese American woman to serve on the federal bench and the first Asian American woman to serve on a federal appellate court. This event is co-sponsored by the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
