The Thompson Policy Institute 2020 DisAbility Summit took place virtually on October 9 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

The DisAbility Summit centered around the theme of "Inclusion and Transition: Each Enhancing the Other." Joe Xavier, Director of the California Department of Rehabilitation, was the keynote speaker addressing transition in his presentation titled "If Not You, Who? If Not Now, When?" The presentation included issues related to transition in the time of COVID-19. In addition, Dr. Richard Rosenberg and Linda O'Neal, M.A. presented "Real World Transition Programming Leading to Competitive Integrated Employment."
