“Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind” series with Dr. Jay Kumar (Director of Contemplative Practices & Wellbeing). Join us in a weekly webinar offering advice, Q&A and tools for applying science-based strategies and spiritual wisdom to promote emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. All sessions will be recorded and supplemented by a podcast, short video and blog post.
