How to Stay Sane, Keep Calm For Finals with Dr. Jay Kumar
Don’t let anxiety and stress be the final word as you head into Finals week. Fitness & Recreation Services, in partnership with Dr. Jay Kumar (professor of Chapman’s “Happiness” course), invite you to a special student event on Friday, May 15th at 2pm (PST) where you can discuss proven strategies for regulating stress, boosting your resilience, and mastering your mind.
