Join Dr. Jay Kumar (Director of Contemplative Practices & Wellbeing) in a weekly series offering advice, Q&A, and tools  applying science-based strategies and spiritual wisdom to promote emotional and mental wellbeing during COVID-19. All sessions will be recorded and supplemented by a podcast, short video, and blog post.
