Meet our panelists:

Tiffany Lewis ‘04
Founder and CEO,
Chief Operating Officer, FrogLeg’s Culinary Academy

Tiffany is a professionally trained cook, food stylist, writer, recipe tester and developer, and frequent dinner party host. She has a degree in communications from Chapman University, a Masters Certificate in Food Service Management from Cornell University, and a culinary diploma from Le Cordon Bleu. Tiffany has a wide range of experience in the culinary field having worked for celebrity chef Curtis Stone in Los Angeles, started a consulting and culinary education company, and served as MC and Culinary Director for the critically acclaimed Newport Beach Wine and Food Festival and Pacific Wine and Food Classic, just to name a few. Currently, she is serving as the Chief Operating Officer for FrogLeg’s Culinary Academy in Seattle, WA and runs her food and lifestyle blog The Table Together.

Makenzie Hendrix ‘17
Founder and COO of Vibes Long Beach

Makenzie Hendrix graduated from Chapman class of 2017, with a B.A. in Strategic and Corporate Communication. Currently self-employed Makenzie is the founder and COO of Vibes Long Beach. Vibes is a new wave dining experience focusing on health and wellness for the surrounding Long Beach community. The team accomplishes this by growing most of the produce in-house and using organic non-genetically modified ingredients. Makenzie’s responsibilities are new each day with the same common goal driving Vibes one step closer to our opening day.

Sara Wagner ‘17
Training Programs Manager, Deep Learning Institute at NVIDIA

The Deep Learning Institute offers hands-on training in artificial intelligence and accelerated computing. Sara works to train developers and data scientists around the world in skills needed to advance products, services, and entire industries. Her team delivers about 50 workshops a month worldwide. Sara coordinates all the event logistics from booking venues and confirming instructors, to collecting payment. She also manages communication to the Deep Learning Institute’s Certified Instructors, account managers, service delivery partners, and external customers.

Laura Roosevelt ‘17
Media Account Manager, Just Media

After graduating with her degree in Strategic & Corporate Communication, Laura jumped right into her career at Just Media in the San Francisco Bay Area. From guiding tours around campus to hosting her own radio show to leading sorority meetings, the public speaking, networking, and communication skills Laura learned during her time at Chapman set her up for success. Laura spends her days working to support her clients and their media, marketing, and advertising efforts as a media account manager.

Allyson Wadman ‘17
Public Relations Specialist, MGM Resorts International

Allyson is an Entertainment, Sports, and Nightlife Public Relations Specialist for MGM Resorts International. She helps organize, plan, lead, and promote all entertainment events across all MGM Resorts properties in Las Vegas, across the nation, and world-wide. Allyson’s department is responsible for handling all media efforts for sporting events, concerts, music festivals, nightclubs, etc.
