Event Operations, in coordination with Human Resources, invites you to attend the 2024 Chapman Staff/Faculty Pumpkin & Costume Contest. 
Whether participating in the contests or not, all Chapman Staff and Faculty Members are invited to come join in the fun and participate in voting.

8:45am - 9:15am: Registration/Check-in

9:30am: Group Costume Contest, Individual Costume Contest

10:15am: Pet Parade

Trick-or-Treat with Human Resources

 Registration:

To participate in the Department Pumpkin Contest and/or the Group Costume Contest, 

please have one person per department register by Friday, October 18.

GROUP REGISTRATION 

For those participating in the individual costume contest and/or pet parade, registration will happen on-site beginning at 8:45 am.

No registration is necessary for those participating as spectators. 

All participants and spectators are encouraged to bring a smartphone to participate in voting.

Pumpkin Pick-Up

Pumpkins may be picked up from Event Operations (337 N Lemon) from 9am-4pm (M-F) starting Thursday, October 24.
