The Germinals Seminar aims at fostering germinality and interdisciplinary within Chapman. Short presentations will be given by a pair of speakers on selected topics, followed by a broad discussion on the topic of the day.

 

For this first session, the presenters will be Uri Maoz and Michael Robinson. The topic is Free Will and Consciousness. The title of their presentation is: "Investigating Free Will: Why Neuroscience and Philosophy Need Each Other."

 

The meeting will take place on Orange Campus, at the Leatherby Libraries, in Room 420 on the fourth floor, in the Dean Suite. Lunch will be served.
