We are pleased to announce that Chapman University, in collaboration with Albertson Pharmacy, will be hosting a free Pop-up COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination Clinic for Faculty, Staff, and Students.

Date and Time: Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 9:00am - 4:00pm

Location: 145 W. Sycamore Avenue, Orange, CA 92866. Located in the Orange Campus Testing Center.

Walk-ins are Welcome!

Documents required:

Completed vaccine consent form.
Copy of insurance card
Anyone requesting COVID booster shots will need to furnish proof of completion of primary series (COVID card or QR code).
