Intro to Electronics and Fabrication
Session Choices
Session 1: June 17 & 24
Session 2: July 15 & July 22
Session 3: July 29 & August 5
High School sessions are from 1:00 - 4:00 pm

Fifteen students will attend two three-hour sessions on consecutive Friday afternoons. The first day will consist of creating their custom light design, 3D modeling and 3D printing the base. The second day will involve assembling the electronic components and programming an Arduino to create custom lighting sequences and colors.
They will learn four software solutions that are commonly used in the industry for designing and manufacturing products: Fusion 360, Prusa Slicer, Arduino IDE and Adobe Illustrator. The end product will be an acrylic panel with a custom engraved picture that sits on a 3D printed stand and lights up when powered via USB.
