Registration for this program is open to the public & our community members whosuffer from hip/knee osteoarthritis at no-cost. The boot camp provides a holistic approach to managing OA and overall wellness in your daily life.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROGRAM:

- Knee &/or hip osteoarthritis diagnosed byphysician (suffering from chronic pain formore than 6 months)
- An ipad, tablet, laptop, or phone with amicrophone & web-camera for videoconferencing
- Blood Pressure Cuff required
- Participant must reside within the state of California for duration of the program
