Mr. Samuel Sinyangwe is a policy analyst and data scientist who co-founded Campaign Zero, a platform that encourages policymakers to focus on solutions with the strongest evidence of effectiveness at reducing police violence. Mr. Sinwangye began the project in collaboration with Deray McKesson and Johnetta Elzie following the shooting of Michael Brown by police in Ferguson, Missouri. Mr. Sinyangwe's data-driven approach to activism is affecting policy changes across the country.
