Yoga: Invigorating Morning Flow

Join Stephanie, this month, in an all levels yoga class that will target the expansion of the anterior chain - opening the chest, shoulders and hip flexors. Be prepared to strengthen and stretch your body, calm your thoughts and feel strong! You will need a yoga mat or anything that you feel comfortable kneeling and laying on. Wear clothing that you can move and possibly sweat in.
Stephanie has been instructing yoga since 2013 in a variety of class formats that serve students of all levels. She recently completed her graduate coursework at Loyola Marymount University, in yoga studies, where she began to offer the teachings of yoga in an academic setting. Now she instructs at Orange Coast College and is deeply rewarded by connecting undergraduate students with the benefits of yoga to assist in their emotional wellbeing while navigating through university life. Her passion for the healing properties of yoga is something that she loves to share and is extremely excited to offer the gift of yoga to Chapman!
