- About Mat Pilates
- This Mat Pilates Class incorporates a series of exercises consisting of controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength.
- It truly is a full body workout that includes stretching, toning, and high intensity segments.
- All levels are welcome! No exprience necessary!
- Required Equipment: An exercise mat or towel.

About the Instructor
Callie Loftus is our experienced mat Pilates instructor. She’s currently a Chapman senior, majoring in international business and minoring in law, justice, and social control. She always looked for an outlet to distract her from her busy day to day routine; Pilates was just that for her. She’s been practicing classical Pilates for about 7 years , which has been a tremendous learning experience. Now teaching at Chapman, Callie has the opportunity to share this love of hers with others.
