In the wake of decades of war and after soldiers came home, a “culture of rape” followed them.  Sexual violence and domestic violence seemed normalized.  The problem was not simply a matter of crime and punishment but the erosion of community values.  How could that be reversed? How could a culture of peace be created? The answer is a story of Christian and Muslim Interfaith leaders, critical readings of Biblical stories of rape, year-long discussions, and social action plans.
