Beat the Bots
How to Build a Resume that the ATS Computers Love
Ever wonder what happens after you hit “submit” on your application?
More often than not, it’s a computer - not a human - screening and “deciding” which applications go through to the next level and which ones don’t. It’s called the ATS: Applicant Tracking System.
With this interactive workshop, you can expect to learn more about the ATS, how it works, and how to successfully “beat the bots” to get your resume in front of a human.
Can’t make it to the event and want to learn more about the ATS? Stop by the Career House for a quick drop-in conversation, or read our blog “What is the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?”: https://blogs.chapman.edu/career/2021/02/12/what-is-the-applicant-tracking-system-ats/
