Musco Center’s season-long commitment to the expansion of its Heartbeat of Mexico programs takes flight in our 2nd Annual Ballet Folklórico Fest, this time taking place in the full glory of the Musco Center mainstage. Kareli Montoya, who founded Ballet Folklórico de Los Ángeles in 2011 and led it to become one of the premier Mexican-American folk dance companies in the U.S., curates the half-day showcase that features some of the region’s most active and colorful companies of all ages.
