Oven Roasted Broccoli

GROCERY LIST:

1lb ground meat of choice

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

1 egg

1 bunch of broccoli

olive oil

garlic cloves

28oz plum tomatoes with juice or 12 fresh, peeled tomatoes

Spaghetti

SPICES LIST:

dried basil

dried mint

fresh parsley

minced garlic

black pepper

kosher salt

curry powder

chile flakes

garam masala
