Chapman's largest recruiting event of the Fall semester has gone VIRTUAL!

We are excited to partner with Handshake to run career fairs in a virtual format this year. The new virtual career fair is an enhanced, one-stop-shop experience, allowing you to:

• Meet with employers. Interact with recruiters through video, audio, or chat.

• Discover new career opportunities. Get personalized recommendations based on your Handshake profile for which employers to connect with.

• Never wait in line, ever. Pre-schedule 1:1 or group sessions with employers ahead of the fair or on the day-of.

• Make an impression. Bring your unique perspective to the table, ask great questions, and follow up with recruiters after the fair.

This is your opportunity to meet hiring managers, alumni and recruiters face-to-face, get real-time feedback on company culture, network with professionals in your industry, explore career paths, discover companies.. and get HIRED!

Companies from a wide variety of industries will be 'here' recruiting YOU - Chapman students and alumni -to join their teams. Companies will be searching for interns, early-career teammates, and seasoned professionals to fill both part-time and full-time roles. Check back frequently to view up-to-date company lists, reserve 1-1 time with them, and apply to respective job opportunities.

Employers are actively registering for the Fall Career Fair, so check back for updates on who will be there! Click "All Employers" to explore confirmed names, start networking and researching company job opportunities online.

Prepare for the Career Fair 

• Read Handshake's Guide to Attending a Virtual Fair
• Click "all employers" on the left and start researching companies that have registered (remember to keep checking back regularly, as employer register up until the week of the event)
• Sign up for Group or 1:1 sessions to reserve time with your target employers (remember to keep checking back regularly, as employers will continue to add availability as-needed)
• Make an appointment to meet with a Career Educator to go over your Career Far strategy, talking points, resume, and/or elevator pitch
• Attend a Career Fair Prep Event, where you will be able to practice using the virtual career fair system prior to the big day, attend group workshops, and get your questions answered by Chapman career professionals in 1-1 private meetings

This is a free event open to all Chapman University undergraduate and graduate students and alumni. Professional dress (at least what will be shown on camera!) is highly recommended.
