Microscopic particles, atoms, molecules, sub-atomic particles and so on, can be in many places at the same time. (This is at the very basis of the theory called “quantum mechanics”.) In my talk I will explain, at a very popular level, how do we know this, and what the implications of this fact are for our understanding of Nature.
