The Child Abuse Prevention Center has provided services for Orange County families since 1983. The center's mission is to directly serve at-risk children and families in crisis to prevent and break generational cycle of child abuse. Last year in Orange county, over 50,000 children were affected by reports of child mistreatment from neglect, exploitation, and physical, sexual or emotional abuse. On a national scale, more than 3 million reports of child abuse are made every year. This is a local and nationwide problem and the stakes are high for each and every community. With awareness  and understanding of the long-term devastating impact of child abuse, we can be a part of the solution. Join us for this collaborative panel event to learn more and hear how you can help. Lunch will be provided.
