Guest Artist Recital: Kirill Gliadkovsky, piano

Mr. Gliadkovsky has toured extensively on three continents performing piano and organ recitals and as a soloist with orchestras in various cities in Russia, including Moscow's prestigious Bolshoi, Maliy and Rachmaninoff Halls, St. Petersburg Philharmonic's Glinka Hall, to name a few.
Josef Woodard, a critic at the Los Angeles Times, wrote: "...the intensity and a nicely honed musicality left the audience stunned... enthralling... all in all, a gripping and masterful performance."
Program features Mozart's Fantasy in D Minor KV 397, Sonata No.17, Op. 31 No. 2 in D Minor ("Tempest") by Beethoven, Intermezzo in E Flat Minor and Ballade in G Minor from Op. 118 by Brahms, and Sonata in B Flat Major D. 960 (1828) by Schubert.
TICKETS: $10 general admission, $5 seniors 65+, alumni, and non-Chapman students, free to Chapman students, faculty, and staff.
