Join Civic Engagement Initiatives as Chapman students participate in hands on habitat restoration work in the Upper Newport bay, one of the few remaining wetlands in California. Working alongside community members and coordinated through the California Coastal Commission, volunteers will assist with invasive plant removal, watering native plants, seed collection, propagation, and planting.
