The vibrational powers of sound, music, vibration & visualization support healing and may open one’s mind to higher possibilities and states of harmony. Co-led by instructors from SunSpark Yoga this sessions will begin with a brief introduction to sound and vibration, followed by a one-hour sound meditation.
*Bring your own yoga mat or blanket to lay on
