We will be going over some basics of the club, some future events and outings that we are planning, as well as asking for thoughts and ideas from members. All majors are welcome, so bring a friend along!

The Sociology Club is dedicated in promoting discussions on social matters that are apparent in our every day lives. These discussions include, but are not limited to discrimination, social justice, family matters (divorce/violence), social impact caused by currant economy, etc. We work closely with the Professors as well as the local community. Through service projects, guest speakers, and discussions on current events, students are able to share their views (and have fun!) all at the same time. In addition to discussions, we want to make active steps in creating social change as well.
