Introduction to Mindfulness Wilkinson Founders Chapel, Fish Interfaith Center 12noon -1 p.m. Beginning September 12th Join us on Mondays for Instruction the first part of the hour followed by meditation together. Whether you have lots of, or no experience, you are welcome! Mindfulness meditation helps you live more fully in the present, encounter difficulty with greater ease, and cultivate patience and peace within.
